Exhibitor Information

The Fair is open to dealers of quality fine art from Russia and countries from the former Soviet Union; Eastern and Middle-Eastern countries (India, Iran, etc.) and Oriental art from China, Japan, Vietnam, Korea and Tibet. All works shown must meet the approval of the vetting committee.

Stand fitting will again be ultra-smart black shell scheme (velcro compatible). Glass display cabinets will be faced in black and there will be a choice of standard or low-voltage lighting. Stand plans and booking forms are now available via the links below.

There will be a total of 50 stands, allocated to achieve the correct balance of paintings, icons, jewellery and antiques. To apply for a stand, please fill in the preliminary Booking Form, indicating your First, Second and Third choice of stand. Please also include a brief description of the type of art you wish to show.

Stands will be allocated on the basis of quality and suitability of exhibitors' stock.

Stand Prices

Stand Fitting: £500 per stand plus £375 per metre run of wall. Prices exclude VAT.

Lighting & Electrical : To be ordered separately from Showlite. From £80 + VAT for run of 4 lights. See Lighting Order Form below.
